Stephen Richardson, Co-Founder & Team Member

Stephen has experience in education and youth sectors including designing, managing, and evaluating programs in crisis-affected contexts. He holds an M.Ed. in International Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Stephen brings a deeply collaborative spirit and strong leadership to our work by inspiring reflection, laughter, and play.

Yaëlle Stempfelet, Co-Founder & Team Member

Yaëlle has experience as an educator and manager of early childhood and education programs in various contexts. She holds an M.Ed. in International Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S. in Teaching Early Childhood General and Special Education from Touro College. Yaëlle’s work focuses on creating culturally-responsive, play-based solutions that support children, educators, and families. Her fluency in English, French, and Spanish enables her to collaborate across cultures and build lasting relationships.

Kathleen Denny, Team Member

Kathleen has experience in early childhood, basic education, and youth programming in development and crisis-affected contexts. She has an MA in International Education Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. Kathleen leans on her background in project management and implementation to create practical solutions for organizations, teachers, and learners, empowering them to thrive in challenging environments.
