Wonder Lab is a consulting firm led by Stephen Richardson and Yaëlle Stempfelet, each with over 15 years of international experience, that brings together collaborative teams from a network of trusted professionals to identify practical solutions to complex challenges rooted in diverse experiences.

Stephen has experience in education and youth sectors including designing, managing, and evaluating programs in crisis-affected contexts. He holds an M.Ed. in International Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Stephen brings a deeply collaborative spirit and strong leadership to our work by inspiring reflection, laughter, and play.
Yaëlle has experience as an educator and manager of early childhood and education programs in various contexts. She holds an M.Ed. in International Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S. in Teaching Early Childhood General and Special Education from Touro College. Yaëlle brings a thoughtful perspective to our work with a strong commitment to culturally-relevant, play-based experiences for children of all ages.
